Yes! The Free plan includes hydration, weight, medications, appointments and the health dashboard. For advanced features — artificial intelligence, the GLP-1 module, lab-result reading and pets — there's the Premium plan, billed through the App Store or Google Play. Current prices are in the plans section of this site, and the final price in your currency is shown at checkout in the store. Cancel anytime, no penalty.

Can I really manage my pets' health?

Yes! You create a profile for each pet — dogs and cats — with vaccine calendars, specific medications, complete health tracking and tips by species and breed.

Does BeMiVe tell me which preventive tests I need?

BeMiVe builds a personalized prevention plan: our AI cross-checks your profile (age, sex, health conditions, family history and current medications) against official guidelines such as the USPSTF, CDC, ACS, ADA and WHO, and lists the screening tests, check-ups and vaccines recommended for your case — each with the source cited and the reason explained in plain language. When a lab report shows something that deserves attention, the app also flags what's worth discussing with your doctor. Important: it's a guideline-based reminder organizer, not a medical evaluation. Your testing routine is always defined by your doctor.

How does the GLP-1 module work?

The GLP-1 module is the complete companion for people using Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Saxenda, Trulicity or Rybelsus. It shows the estimated medication level in your body between doses (the "week phase"), tracks your minimum daily protein goal in the Muscle Defense program to protect lean mass, logs "food noise" against your dose, calculates your monthly treatment cost, shows where to give each injection, manages pens, supply and expiry dates, and generates visual reports — including the weight chart with dose changes marked, which your doctor can also see in an interactive record you share. All educational, with sources cited: BeMiVe doesn't sell medications, doesn't prescribe and doesn't suggest doses — your treatment is always decided by you and your doctor.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use bank-grade security technology, fingerprint or face unlock, and we're built to comply with the privacy laws where you live — see the regional section of our Privacy Policy. You decide what to share, and you can download or delete all your data at any time.

How does family sharing work?

You can create individual profiles for each family member (children, parents, spouse) and pets. The "Act As" button switches profiles in one tap. You decide who can view and edit each piece of data. Family plans support more profiles.

What does BeMiVe's AI do?

BeMiVe's AI organizes, summarizes and explains: it creates a health summary ready to share with your doctor, explains your lab results in plain language, and calculates a 0–100 score that reflects your habits and tracking consistency. It does not diagnose and does not perform clinical evaluations. Your health is cared for by you and your doctor.

How does lab-result upload work?

Just take a photo of the report or upload the PDF. The app reads the values automatically, identifies the laboratory, organizes everything against the report's own reference ranges, and generates a summary you can share with your doctor by PDF or secure link.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can chat with ChatGPT about your health records and get charts and summaries of your own data on the spot, in your language. Voice logging through Amazon Alexa is also available, currently in Portuguese (Brazil).

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with no penalties or bureaucracy. Subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account. You keep access until the end of the paid period and can come back whenever you want.

Does BeMiVe replace a medical appointment?

No. BeMiVe is a tool to help you organize and track your health. AI-generated summaries and explanations do not replace professional evaluation. For questions, symptoms or emergencies, always see a doctor.

How do I contact support?

You have three channels: chat inside the app (Menu > Support), email support@bemive.com, or the form on this site. Our team answers Monday to Friday, 2 pm–8 pm (Brasília time, UTC−3).

How do I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

In the app, under Settings > Privacy and data > Delete my account, you can request deletion at any time. There's a 7-day grace period (in case you change your mind). After that, your data is removed from active systems and residual copies in backups are purged within 180 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

How do I export my data?

Accepted Answer

Under Settings > Privacy and data > Export my data you can request a full copy. We send a secure file with your structured data within 30 days, in line with the data-portability rights where you live.
